The duplex is on the first floor of the "Résidence le Chalet Bleu," just 50 meters from the beach. There is a free on-site bike shelter, and you have direct access to hiking trails and cycling paths. A shared parking space is available on the property. Please wash the dishes and close the skylight in case of rain or when you leave, and place sheets and towels together on the floor. The location is ideal for enjoying local activities: sailing school and canoe/kayak rental 1 km away. Granville, with ferries to Chausey Island, is 13 km away. Essential services 200 m away: bakery, electric vehicle charging station, and bus stop. The village center of Carolles (1 km) has a Thursday market with live music, shops, a cinema, and a pétanque court. There are two restaurants at Carolles Plage.
